Job description
The main aim of the role is to carry out quality control testing of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with predefined quality and safety standards.
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis with accuracy and efficiency.
- Complete test records on time, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities for quality and service improvement; contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Adhere to GMP guidelines and internal quality standards; ensure all activities are documented and traceable.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis and prepare Exception reports.
- Gain proficiency in assigned tests/areas of testing; maintain training records.
- Provide training to colleagues in techniques/tests where competency is proven.
- Provide cover for colleagues as required.
- Participate in weekend rota, overtime, and On-Call/Call-out schedules.
- Ensure customer requirements
- 6months to 1 years GMP experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of HPLC and wet chemistry testing
- Organized, accurate, and strong documentation skills
- Good understanding of GMP
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Professionalism, quality consciousness, and willingness to learn
- Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication skills
