Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Aeronautical Engineering.
Over 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with deep knowledge of electrical and lighting systems across platform development, production, and sustaining activities.
Strong expertise in system integration, with a clear understanding of how electrical and lighting systems interact with overall aircraft operations.
Proven experience in aircraft electrical and lighting system integration.
Strategic thinker with a passion for advancing business aviation.
Minimum of 5 years of successful management experience.
Collaborative team player, adept at working in multidisciplinary environments, with strong organizational and leadership skills, including planning and prioritization.
Creative problem-solver capable of turning ideas into actionable solutions.
Agile and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and non-technical information effectively; French language skills are an asset.
Knowledge of aeronautical product certification processes is a plus.
Experience in both developing new products and supporting products in service.
