Noblis is on the lookout for a talented Cleared Data Scientist with experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) to support vital projects on our SETA contract based in Bethesda, MD. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to innovative data-driven solutions.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Enhancing data science effectiveness by assessing analytical capabilities, identifying methodology gaps, and aligning with business objectives.
• Leading initiatives for continuous improvement through data process analysis and architectural enhancements.
• Designing and implementing predictive modeling capabilities that drive strategic insights.
• Creating impactful business intelligence reports and real-time dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Maximizing the use of analytics tools to ensure optimal performance and integration across platforms.
• Implementing data automation processes to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Managing the data reporting lifecycle to guarantee timely and compliant distribution of vital information.
• Promoting agile methodologies within data science practices to foster innovation while adhering to governance requirements.
• Acting as a liaison for cross-functional data initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Leading efforts in advanced analytics by developing robust strategies and insights for decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in data science tools, analytics, and statistical analysis within multi-cloud environments.
• Proficient in standard data science languages such as SQL, R, Python, and Julia.
• Understanding of data integration and management fundamentals critical for successful project execution.
• A strong ability to visualize and communicate complex data effectively.
• Experience handling unstructured datasets and technical writing to convey insights clearly.

Minimum Skills and Knowledge Needed

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.

Positions Available at Multiple Levels

• Senior Level: Requires Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or equivalent. Compensation: $120,700 - $188,725.
• Expert Level: Requires Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or equivalent. Compensation: $146,200 - $228,400.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience within the IC is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to independently conduct complex analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong relationships with program managers and organizational leadership to address administrative and contractual challenges.
• Adept at problem-solving in fast-paced environments with direct customer interaction.
• Comprehensive understanding of intelligence methodologies and the intelligence cycle.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented culture.

Compensation: At Noblis, compensation reflects education, experience, skills, and market factors. The projected salary range for this role is between $120,700 and $222,850 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
