Job description

Your next career move: supervisor! You will coordinate and manage our Front Office team in cooperation with the Department Manager. Your duties will also include the following:

  • Ensuring and improving guest satisfaction at every interaction
  • Checking in guests, as well as taking and processing bookings
  • Reviewing bookings, overbookings and options
  • Monitoring costs and the accommodation revenue budget
  • Implementing and maintaining the internal Motel One quality management system
  • Shared responsibility for conducting internal coaching, cross-trainings and onboarding new Front Office colleagues

  • Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel industry
  • Enjoy developing employees – and ideally have some leadership and management experience
  • Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
  • Be open and communicative and have excellent manners, as well as a solid command of (written and spoken) English
  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
