THE TEAM
The mission of the Product Business Technology department is to design, build, deliver, and operate scalable technology, data, analytics, and AI solutions that align with the strategic objectives of Aritzia’s Planning, Buying, Allocation and Pricing functions.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Product Business Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving planning technology solutions that power our Product ecosystem. As a Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Product Business Technology, you will turn complex business requirements into high-performance planning models, acting as the primary liaison between Technology and Aritzia’s Planning, Buying, Allocation, and Pricing teams. You will play a crucial role in architectural design, page development, model optimization, and the ongoing management of planning solutions that support Aritzia’s Product Division. THE ROLE
As the Solutions Systems Analyst, Product Business Technology, you will:
Collaborate cross functionally with internal and external partners to identify and deliver innovative Anaplan solutions that meet the complex needs of Planning, Buying, Allocation, and Pricing—today and in the future.
Translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric model designs, leveraging Anaplan Best Practices to ensure high performance and sustainability.
Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of model updates and new workspace releases across the Product Division.
Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Product technology solutions.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Solution Systems Analyst, Product Business Technology has proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
Anaplan within an apparel or retail merchandise planning environment
Merchandise Planning tools and supporting technologies (e.g., Anaplan, Excel, and related planning systems)
Agile/Sprint‑based product development and delivery
Business analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder partnership
Translating business needs into clear solution designs, user stories, and functional documentation
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
