Benugo - Bartender / Barista - Victoria & Albert Museum Members Room

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join the team at the prestigious V&A Museum Members' Room.

£12.21 per hour + Tronc
Full-time position (5 out of 7 days)

About the Bartender role:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare alcohol, non-alcohol beverages, hot drinks
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and ensure the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
• Ensure that safety standards are followed at all times
• Able to work weekends and late evening shifts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is essential, as well as a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player. Bespoke training will be provided. 

Ours cafes and restaurant at V&A has a mix of brasserie style food, freshly, made sandwiches, wraps, and salads.

We are predominantly day time shifts, meaning we offer one of the best work-life balance in hospitality. You will be responsible for taking orders, making coffees, running food and looking after sections.

• You are passionate and articulate about food and beverage
• Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
• Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times
• General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site

We are looking for experience in customer service, full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
