Cafe Manager - Regent's Park

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team at Regent's Park.

Benugo - Regent’s Park is a stunning and vibrant location, home to several busy café and restaurant units spread across the park. No two days are the same in this fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We Offer:

Rate: £39,000 per year

Shifts: 5 days out of 7

Contract: Full Time

About the Cafe Manager role:

• To supervise, manage and motivate the team

• To make sure that the operation runs smoothly

• To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard

• To continuously work towards improving sales and service

• Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring

• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
