Cloud Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with strong experience in automation and scripting to support and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure. This role focuses on building efficient automation, improving operational reliability, and supporting CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to support cloud operations.

• Manage and support infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation scripts for performance and reliability.

• Ensure scripts follow best practices for security, compliance, version control, and documentation.

• Collaborate with cloud architects and operations teams to enhance and develop automation routines.

• Integrate automation workflows with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

• Support cloud operations, monitoring, and incident resolution.

• Maintain documentation for automation processes and cloud configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in cloud engineering or automation roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts (VMs, networking, storage, IAM).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
