Email Marketing Specialist

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will own the end-to-end execution of PERGOLUX’s global email, SMS, and messaging campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery, technical excellence, and data-driven performance across all markets. This role is central to scaling lifecycle marketing operations, optimizing automation, and maintaining flawless execution at high volume. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Execute and manage the daily setup, scheduling, and deployment of global email, SMS, and messaging campaigns across multiple markets.
• Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive email templates within Klaviyo.
• Build and optimize advanced automation workflows in Klaviyo and HubSpot, including lifecycle, lead nurturing, and abandoned cart flows.
• Apply dynamic content and Liquid logic to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale.
• Own quality assurance processes, ensuring zero-error campaign execution, flawless rendering across devices, and accurate data flow between systems.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo and HubSpot, including advanced segmentation, triggers, and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume campaign execution (20+ sends per month) in a fast-paced D2C or agency environment.
• Experience working with multi-region, multi-language, and multi-currency marketing setups.
• Strong technical understanding of integrations and middleware tools such as Zapier or Make.
• Detail-oriented mindset with experience in QA processes, plus familiarity with Figma and basic HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting.
