The Role

IBM TRIRIGA Lease Accounting – Application Support & Development

  • Provide L2/L3 application support for IBM TRIRIGA Lease Accounting, covering:
    • Lease setup, amendments, terminations, and accounting calculations
    • Issue analysis and resolution related to lease accounting logic and data consistency
  • Develop and enhance TRIRIGA business objects, workflows, and configurations to support leasing and accounting requirements
  • Fix functional and technical defects related to:
    • Lease amendments
    • Missing fiscal line items
    • Payment generation and posting issues
    • Approval threshold and multi‑level approval logic

Lease Accounting Processes & Close Support

  • Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities for Lease Accounting, ensuring:
    • System availability and stability
    • Timely resolution of close‑critical issues
    • Accurate lease accounting outputs for Finance
  • Act as a key technical contact during blackout periods, close windows, and business‑critical cycles
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to resolve lease accounting discrepancies

Integrations – JLL ↔ TRIRIGA & Other Interfaces

  • Design, develop, and support integrations between JLL and IBM TRIRIGA, including:
    • Automated ingestion of JLL lease data into TRIRIGA
    • Validation, reconciliation, and error handling of inbound data
  • Build and maintain integration objects and automation flows for:
    • Bulk lease creation
    • Lease updates and amendments
    • Payment creation and updates
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, ensuring data accuracy and process continuity

Audit, SOX & Compliance

  • Actively support SOX ITGC and audit activities related to Lease Accounting systems, including:
    • Evidence collection and validation
    • Support for auditor queries
    • Ensuring changes and access follow control requirements
  • Ensure all application changes comply with change management, audit, and compliance standards


Who You Are

  • 3 years of experience in application support and/or software development for enterprise financial systems
  • Hands‑on experience with IBM TRIRIGA - Lease Accounting module
  • Strong understanding of lease accounting processes and their system implications
  • Experience with system integrations, data interfaces, and automation
  • Experience supporting month‑end / quarter‑end close in a production environment
  • Familiarity with audit / SOX‑controlled systems
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to own issues end‑to‑end
  • Comfortable working with global stakeholders across IT and Finance
