- Office Operations: Keep the office organized and running efficiently by managing supplies, maintaining workspaces, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs.
- Tech Troubleshooting: Assist with basic technical issues such as printer or system challenges, helping minimize disruptions and keep the team productive.
- General Support: Serve as a dependable go-to resource in the office, proactively offering solutions and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Administrative Experience: Brings prior experience in office administration or reception, with a strong foundation in organization, follow-through, and client-facing support.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in both languages.
- Communication Skills: Builds trust with clients through a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to listen, respond, and guide conversations effectively.
- Calm Under Pressure: Maintains composure and confidence in a fast-paced environment, handling client inquiries and office needs with steady professionalism.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and basic office technology, with the ability to quickly adapt and troubleshoot when needed.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who stays productive, identifies opportunities for improvement, and enhances the overall client and team experience.
- Problem Solver: Takes initiative to resolve issues independently and brings solutions forward, becoming a trusted and dependable go-to person who helps keep the office running smoothly.
- Team-Oriented: Contributes to a respectful and collaborative team environment, building strong relationships and supporting others with a high level of integrity.
- Onsite Engagement: Thrives in an in-office role where collaboration and direct engagement with colleagues are integral to success.
Why you should work here:
- Community Impact: Play a meaningful role in expanding access to legal services in an underserved market, helping Spanish-speaking clients feel heard, supported, and cared for.
- Leadership Interaction: Work directly with firm leadership, gaining valuable exposure, guidance, and insight as you contribute to the growth of a new office.
- Valued Role: Step into a highly visible position where your contributions shape the first impression of the firm and set the tone for a welcoming, efficient office environment.
- Career Growth: Grow with the firm as the office expands, with opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and evolve beyond the receptionist role over time.
- Team-Oriented & High Integrity: Be part of a positive and respectful team environment where professionalism, accountability, and a genuine commitment to supporting one another are valued every day.
