Job description

At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, we’re revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients.

We are looking for a strategic, high-energy Marketing Advisor to join our Agent Business Growth Team. This year, we are launching a transformative technology platform across three of the most iconic brands in real estate: Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s International Realty, and Corcoran.

In this role, you won’t just be "doing marketing"—you will be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and agent success. You will develop the content, presentations, and value propositions that show our world-class agents exactly how to leverage our platform to scale their business, save time, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

At Compass International Holdings You Will:

  • Drive Platform Adoption: Act as a primary advocate for our technology platform, translating complex features into business growth by using high-impact value propositions that resonate with agents.
  • Content & Collateral Development: Create and curate a suite of marketing materials (playbooks, brochures, digital assets) that agents can use to position their value proposition to their clients.
  • Strategic Leadership Presentations: Develop sophisticated decks and presentation materials for market leaders to use when rolling out the platform to local offices and regions.
  • Business Growth Consulting: Consult with brand leadership to identify "marketing-to-growth" gaps and create strategic plans that tie platform usage directly to growth.
  • Brand Synergy: Liaise between centralized design teams and individual brand stakeholders to ensure all marketing materials maintain the prestige and standards of Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s, and Corcoran.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the agent," gathering insights from the field to help refine future marketing features.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate marketing or a high-growth prop-tech environment.
  • The "Customer First" Skillset: You understand the intersection of luxury branding and modern technology. You know how to make a tech platform feel like a competitive advantage, not just another tool, that leads to customer success.
  • Master Communicator: You can command a room and are skilled at handling objections from high-performing sales professionals.
  • Design-Forward Thinking: While you don't need to be a full-time graphic designer, you are proficient in InDesign and have a sharp eye for layout, typography, and premium branding.
  • Project Management Pro: You can juggle the unique needs of three distinct brands (and their leadership teams) without missing a beat or a deadline.
  • Growth Mindset: You are obsessed with efficiency and believe that the right technology—marketed correctly—can revolutionize an agent’s career.

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $64,600 - $71,800 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits.

Why Join Us?

You will be at the forefront of the largest technology rollout in the industry, working with brands that define the global real estate landscape. If you are a culture-carrier who loves to build, create, and inspire, we want to talk to you.

Perks that You Need to Know About:

Participation in our incentive programs (which may include eligible cash, equity, or commissions). Plus paid vacation, holidays, sick time, parental leave, and recharge leave; medical, tele-health, dental and vision benefits; 401(k) plan; flexible spending accounts (FSAs); commuter program; life and disability insurance; Maven (a support system for new parents); Carrot (fertility benefits); UrbanSitter (caregiver referral network); Employee Assistance Program; and pet insurance.

Do your best work, be your authentic self.
At Compass, we believe that everyone deserves to find their place in the world — a place where they feel like they belong, where they can be their authentic selves, where they can thrive. Our collaborative, energetic culture is grounded in our Compass Entrepreneurship Principles and our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, growth and mobility. As an equal opportunity employer, we offer competitive compensation packages, robust benefits and professional growth opportunities aimed at helping to improve our employees' lives and careers.
