HR Generalist Junior

What You Will Be Doing
As an HR Generalist Junior, you will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience in various HR activities, working in a fast-paced, collaborative and global environment.

Key Functions/Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in HR administration (collaborate with the payroll provider to ensure proper payroll and salary processing, support the time and attendance process...)
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases
• Contribute to HR reporting and analytics
• Support our talent acquisition efforts by assisting the recruitment processes (job posting, resume screening, interviews...)
• Help shape employee experiences by assisting the onboarding process for new hires and addressing employee inquiries
• Contribute to building an inclusive workplace, with the opportunity to support our diversity and inclusion network
• Participate in special projects when needed

Requirements:

• We welcome master's graduates from all disciplines who share a genuine passion and interest for Human Resources.
• Ability to write and speak in both English and Italian
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for building relationships
• Good knowledge of Google Suite and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• A creative mindset and willingness to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
