Retail Store Manager – New Store Opening - Perfumes 4U Location: 5100 Kings Plz, Brooklyn, NY 11234 Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 year per year including Bonus + Commission + Incentives

Are you a dynamic retail professional with a passion for selling and a proven track record in exceeding sales and performance goals? Perfumes 4 U is seeking a sales-driven and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our fast-paced fragrance retail team.

This position is ideal for a results-driven leader who excels at developing high-performing teams and consistently exceeding performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Maintain elevated client service standards and comprehensive product knowledge.
• Achieve and surpass store sales and gross profit goals.
• Ensure that all employees, including managers, achieve 35 % or more of LC sales and 2.5 UPT or higher.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead by example as the store’s top-performing sales associate
• Recruit, train, and retain top-tier retail talent
• Foster a high-performance culture of accountability, respect, and customer excellence

Operations & Visual Presentation

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and compliance.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and promotional displays effectively.
• Ensure the store is clean and visually appealing in line with brand standards.
• Monitor store metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
• Control labor and operational costs to enhance store profitability.
• Collaborate with upper management to align store goals and identify opportunities for growth.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Lead Key Holders, Key Holders, and Sales Associates for the store.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail store management.
• Strong skills in visual merchandising, recruitment, and operational management.
• Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays (non-negotiable).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods is required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
