SRG Radiology, part of the Integral Diagnostics (IDX) Group, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team in Auckland.

This part-time opportunity, working Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, is based at our Greenlane site and offers the chance to be the welcoming face of our clinic, playing a key role in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll enjoy variety and the opportunity to build strong relationships with both patients and clinical staff. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering a high level of customer service.
 

What you’ll do:

• Greet patients and provide front-desk support
• Answer calls and respond to patient enquiries
• Book appointments and manage patient records
• Provide procedure and billing information
• Process payments and EFTPOS transactions
• Assist with claims and general admin duties
   

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a receptionist or healthcare admin role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident with Microsoft Office and booking systems
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask
• Professional, empathetic, and team-focused
