What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to own the end-to-end technical customer journey, transitioning from exciting pre-sales demonstrations to ensuring long-term success through post-sales adoption. You will act as a regional subject matter expert for Tekla Structures and Tekla PowerFab, directly influencing how the LATAM market builds and fabricates the future.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Deliver high-impact technical demonstrations that showcase end-to-end workflows from design and detailing to fabrication management.
Partner closely with the sales team to convert complex opportunities into successful bookings through value-based technical validation.
Spearhead customer onboarding and early-stage adoption, ensuring a seamless transition from initial interest to full solution implementation.
Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to align local customer requirements with cutting-edge solution capabilities.
Influence regional strategy by contributing to localization efforts, demo assets, and represent Trimble at key industry events across LATAM.
Essential Skills & Experience
3+ years of professional experience in construction, structural engineering, or steel detailing and fabrication workflows.
Proven technical proficiency with Tekla solutions (Structures or PowerFab) or comparable industry software.
Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role with the ability to translate technical features into tangible business value.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
Bonus Points For:
Dual expertise in both modeling (Tekla Structures) and fabrication management (Tekla PowerFab).
Experience with Trimble Connect or other BIM collaboration platforms and interoperability workflows.
Previous experience in a pre-sales or consulting environment within the construction technology or SaaS sectors.

Location: Remote (Mexico) or Office (Mexico City)
