- Support all aspects of US and global immigration, including stakeholder management, reporting and dashboards, policy development, training and development and clear communication
- Streamline and standardize global immigration policies and processes to improve employee experience and optimize HR/people processes
- Partner with vendors and People team to drive process efficiency, automate and scale
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, Legal and Global Mobility Team to enable compliant and timely hiring and mobility decisions
- Manage immigration vendors, service delivery, and escalations
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in US and global corporate immigration.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Great communicator who works well in collaborative, global environments.
- Ability to balance compliance, employee experience and business needs.
- Strategic thinking with strong operational execution.
Nice to Have
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry.
- Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures.
- Demonstrated success improving processes or building scalable immigration models.

The base pay range for this role is $84,000 - $115,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
