We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team in our Western Michigan market of 8 Funeral homes including Reyers North Valley Chapel, Koops Funeral Home, Ever Rest Funeral Home, Lakeshore memorial, Cook Funeral Home, Kubiak-Cook, and Cook Byron Center. This is a leadership role with purpose—driving results, serving families, and building lasting community relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, coach, and inspire Sales Associates
  • Exceed sales goals while ensuring compliance and ethical practices
  • Build local marketing programs and represent us at community events
  • Manage operations and deliver exceptional family experiences

Requirements

  • Sales leadership experience (insurance, real estate, financial services a plus)
  • Industry experience a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license & ability to obtain state insurance license
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
