YFNTeens (Your Friendly Neighborhood Teens) is a professionally managed, teen-powered service empire. We provide high-quality residential services—including Landscaping, Gutter Cleaning, Car Detailing, and Assembly—delivered by the most ambitious, respectful, and hardworking 16-19 year olds in the community. Based in Fort Bend County, we currently manage a roster of 15+ active teen workers and serve hundreds of repeat clients. We are currently scaling to a 6-figure revenue model and expanding into new zones (Katy, Houston, and beyond).

We exist to help the younger generation find meaningful work that fits their busy schedules, while restoring the hands-on skills and professional character that define a great leader. We aren't just a service company; we are a leadership incubator. We aim to restore the "old school" neighborhood work ethic and show the community what the next generation is truly capable of.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a General Manager to take the keys to our Fort Bend County operations. You will be the "CEO of the Zone," responsible for ensuring the machine runs perfectly without the Founder’s constant involvement. You are the bridge between our hardworking teen crews and our high-end residential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and motivate a roster of 15+ teen workers.
• Sales & Estimates: Conduct on-site professional estimates for homeowners and close new business.
• Operations: Oversee job intake, quality control, and logistics via our CRM (HighLevel).
• Customer Success: Ensure every neighbor in Fort Bend gets a "5-Star" experience.
• Problem Solving: Handle the "fire drills"—last-minute cancellations, equipment issues, or scheduling conflicts.

QUALIFICATIONS - Nearly no experience required (we will take baby steps).

• The Ambitious Student: Currently studying Business, Management, or Entrepreneurship (or a recent graduate).
• The Organized Leader: You live in your calendar, follow systems, and never let a lead go cold.
• The Professional: You can lead a 16-year-old crew and advise a 50-year-old homeowner with equal authority and respect.
• The Local: You are based in or near the Richmond/Rosenberg/Sugar Land area and have reliable transportation.
• The Tech-Savvy Operator: Comfortable using CRM tools, Slack, and digital payment systems.
