As an Assistant Manager, you will undergo a tailored 5-week training program that aims to equip you for success in management and sales roles.

Qualifications

• The eligibility criteria include being a minimum of 18 years old

• Having the knack for motivating and empowering others is crucial in leadership roles
• It is crucial to have the capability to stand, bend, and travel on foot for prolonged periods
• Able to raise and maneuver items up to 25 pounds without requiring support

• Achievement of a high school diploma or a comparable certification signifies the acquisition of fundamental educational competencies

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
