About the Role
This is a leadership position built on trust, communication, and organization. You'll serve as the primary link between our CEO, our creative team, and our clients, translating vision into execution and making sure everything that goes out meets the standard.
This role starts as a fractional position at 20 hours per week with a clear path to full-time within 6 months, depending on performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary link between the CEO, designer, copywriter, and clients
- Translate ideas and feedback from the CEO and clients into clear, actionable creative direction
- Review and approve all outgoing work to ensure it meets SS&Co.'s standard of quality
- Plan, schedule, and manage timelines across multiple active client accounts and the creative team
- Lead client communication and project updates where needed
- Identify issues and coordinate revisions to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and on brand
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a creative, marketing, or project management role
- Strong understanding of branding, content, social media, and digital marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear, confident communicator in writing and in conversation
- Experience giving creative direction to designers and writers
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or with a marketing agency
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Milanote, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and CapCut
