DESCRIPTION:
- Drive bookings growth and customer success across innovative product portfolios
- Use technical expertise and consultative sales approach to identify opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver solutions that support scientific research and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs
- Provide technical leadership during customer engagements
- Organize and facilitate demonstrations to ensure product value is clearly demonstrated
- Use technical expertise and consultative sales approach to identify opportunities
- Deliver solutions that support semiconductor scientific research and innovation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve R&D goals
- Contribute to Thermo Fisher’s mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree with 8+ years of technical sales experience in life sciences or related fields; candidates with a Bachelor’s degree are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical knowledge of scientific workflows and applications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a matrix organization
- Experience in territory planning and cross-functional collaboration
- Customer-focused with ability to support and develop team members
- Willingness to travel (50–75%); bilingual skills are a plus
