The Job:
As a Group Brand Manager, you’ll be part of our Smart Storage team working as a hybrid employee. Global Brand Management builds and executes comprehensive global brand strategies aligned to achieve organizational brand growth goals. This role is laser-focused by brand—specifically including our Smart Storage brands - Vidmar, Lista, and Cribmaster - and aligned by category/trade to identify, understand, and drive end-user messaging and build equity strategies that are relevant, creative, and compelling. In this role you’ll creates brand positioning, fundamentals, and brand equity creative & messaging tailored to each iconic brand. Develop key global category, product messaging, and marketing playbooks for NPD. The Group Brand Manager will also influence product and category decisions and brand visual design language. This role will ensure regional activation working with licensing partners, and other organizational stakeholders to execute the brand and marketing plan. You’ll get to:
- Prioritizes projects to ensure execution with excellence and focus on the most important business deliverables, with special attention to the strategic growth of our key brands.
- Helps address issues and obstacles across teams to enable project completion and proactively escalates issues to the Marketing Director in a timely manner.
- Oversees brand building and aligns recommendations with the leadership team, including:
- Target Definition for each brand
- Equity Positioning tailored to Vidmar, Lista and Cribmaster
- Brand Standard Development and Consistent Implementation across all brand portfolio.
- Oversees brand budgets to ensure spending is in line with plan, ensures team compliance with Finance guidelines, and identifies cost savings.
- Influences Product and Channel teams to ensure adherence to brand standards and that brands are appropriately brought to life across multiple touchpoints.
- Coordinates with in-house Studio and external agencies to ensure strategic objectives for brands are being met and creative output is optimized.
- Writes clear and concise creative briefs, with actionable and specific communication strategies for brands.
- Analyzes and interprets data to identify and effectively communicate key insights and business opportunities that lead to actionable results—including user/channel research, media/creative learnings, etc.
- Develops new ideas to bring the right Customer Experience to life and express each Brand’s DNA.
- Develops recommendations and executes on Customer Experience elements: Shopper Experience, Product & Package Design, Digital/Online Experience.
- Leads Brand Strategy in alignment with category and brand objectives.
- Manages overarching strategy for multi-region NPD activation/launch initiatives, ensuring brand strategy consistency.

- Bachelor’s degree, preference in marketing or communications
- 6+ years’ experience in a marketing or brand role
- Proficiency using PowerPoint and strong presentation skills
- Experince creating Brand Position & Fundamentals, & Global NPD launch initiatives.
- Strategic Planning for category and brand-specific objectives
- Brand Governance to ensure consistency and compliance for iconic brands
- Collaborate on Budget Allocation for Marketing across all key brands

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $95,600 – $125,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
