Content & Social Media Manager Biz Boosters | Hybrid (Nokesville, VA + Remote)

Biz Boosters is a branding, website, and marketing agency built for home service businesses. We work with landscapers, power washers, contractors, and service based entrepreneurs across the country and we are growing fast. We are looking for a Content and Social Media Manager to help us build and scale our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and beyond.

This role starts part-time and hourly with a clear path into a salaried position as the company grows.

Role Details

  • Hybrid position with 2 in-person filming days per week in Nokesville, VA
  • Primarily remote outside of those filming days
  • Part-time to start at 20 to 25 hours per week
  • Hourly pay with the opportunity to move into salary as responsibilities grow
  • Paid travel to events and conferences around the country as the company attends and grows

Content Expectations

  • 2 short-form posts per day across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
  • 2 YouTube videos per week
  • Content repurposed and distributed consistently across all platforms
  • Daily posting and engagement maintained on a reliable schedule

What You Will Be Doing

Content Creation and Editing

  • Show up to film 2 days per week
  • Edit both short-form and long-form video content
  • Design thumbnails and write captions
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms
  • Keep an organized and up to date content calendar

Social Media Management

  • Post twice daily to short-form platforms
  • Upload and manage YouTube content
  • Respond to comments and DMs
  • Post and engage in Facebook groups
  • Build community and foster audience engagement

Content Strategy and Ideation

  • Brainstorm new short-form video concepts on a weekly basis
  • Identify trends and adapt them to fit our brand
  • Develop hooks and angles built to perform
  • Repurpose older content into fresh formats
  • Suggest YouTube topics based on what the audience wants to see
  • Keep an eye on competitors and industry content for inspiration

This is not a role where you wait to be told what to create. We want someone who comes to the table with ideas and takes initiative.

Brand and Growth Support

  • Track basic content performance metrics
  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Assist with lead generation efforts where needed

What We Are Looking For

You do not need years of experience. We will train the right person. What you do need is the following.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools
  • A working understanding of social media platforms and how to manage them
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Self-discipline and the ability to work independently
  • Located in the Northern Virginia or Nokesville area
  • Reliable transportation for in-person filming days
