• Assist in managing the national Energy Star Portfolio Manager account, including preparing energy models and troubleshooting certification applications
• Manage the submission of energy and water data to meet local ordinances
• Educate property teams on how to use and maintain ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager models
• Research municipal program developments and changing requirements for energy benchmarking
• Develop portfolio analysis tools to identify properties with certification potential and those needing assistance What is Required (Qualifications)
• BA or BS degree in a related major (environmental science, engineering, etc.)
• 1-2 years of experience with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager
• 1-2 years of experience with benchmarking buildings and reporting to local ordinances
• Experience with utility portals for obtaining aggregated energy data
• High level of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Interest in energy and sustainability
• Excellent multi-tasking, organization, and responsiveness
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to work remotely and independently
