What you’ll do

• Act as key Finance Business Partner to Tech & Product leadership
• Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Drive variance analysis, KPI steering, and performance management
• Translate complex data into clear, decision-relevant insights
• Challenge and support investment decisions in Product and Engineering
• Ensure alignment and data consistency across international teams
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting, and automation

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering
• Experience supporting Tech, Product, or digital business units
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and performance steering
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
• Advanced skills in Excel and data tools (e.g. Power BI, PowerQuery)
• Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
