Corporate Pilot

About Maddox + You:

We are seeking an experienced, professional pilot to join the Maddox flight department on a full-time basis. This role is best suited to someone with deep roots in business and corporate aviation—candidates with only airline or military backgrounds are typically not a strong fit for our operation unless you also have extensive corporate aviation experience.

You will be responsible for the safe, efficient operation of company aircraft in support of executive and business travel. We expect professionalism in the cockpit and on the ground, sound judgment, active engagement with passengers, and a team-first attitude.

More About You:

• 5+ years of business/corporate jet experience
• Minimum 7,000 hours total time; 3,000 hours jet time
• ATP certificate and 1st class medical required
• Falcon 900 type rating and experience is a bonus
• Preference given to candidates with A&P Mechanic certification
• Willing and able to relocate to the southwest WA/PDX area

Comprehensive Full-Time Benefits, including:

• 3 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) (and an additional week for managers, and an additional week after 5 years).

Pay: Salary commensurate with qualifications. Range: $210,000–$235,000, plus the standard Maddox benefit package.
