Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming sales and service inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and support the sales and service departments to meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed consultations
  • Coordinate customer questions and concerns with appropriate departments
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets
  • Confirm special order parts status
  • Assist in following up on phone and internet sales leads
  • Manage necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Work Environment

This is an in-person position based in Mechanicsville, VA. You will work in a professional, drug-free, and non-smoking workplace that values respect and teamwork.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred
  • Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Friendly and helpful attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Dependable and highly professional work ethic
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient with computers and internet, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is advantageous
