What You’ll Be Driving
- Partner with senior leaders and business unit heads to deliver financial insights that shape key strategic decisions
- Build and refine complex financial models to evaluate initiatives such as new products, pricing strategies, capital investments, and client profitability
- Perform in-depth analyses including discounted cash flow modeling, cost-benefit assessments, and profitability analysis using activity-based costing methodologies
- Take ownership of forecasting and planning cycles, including annual budgets and quarterly outlooks
- Analyze variances across revenue, expenses, and cash flow, delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare and present financial updates and business reviews to senior stakeholders
- Develop meaningful KPIs, both financial and operational, to measure business performance
- Provide timely, accurate reporting to support effective financial management across business units
- Tackle complex, ambiguous problems independently and bring forward innovative solutions

What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CPA/CMA/CFM a plus
- 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with tools like Oracle, Hyperion/Essbase, or PeopleSoft is a plus
- Ability to operate independently and influence decision-making at a senior level
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
