• The estimated pay range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 + depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all phases of site work and paving projects, from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate buyout processes, scheduling, and procurement of materials.
• Manage in-house crews and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Track project billing, budgets, and quantities to maintain financial accountability.
• Implement effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of construction practices related to earthwork, underground utilities, and asphalt pavement.
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Job and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site work, paving, engineering, or civil construction as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
