Role Name: AI/ML Engineer - NLQ

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Mandatory Skills

  • Python and React JS
  • AI / GenAI – RAG based solution
  • GraphDB (Neo4j) RAG or Elasticsearch (GraphDB has higher weightage)
  • Building NLQ based interface
  • MSSQL / Snowflake
  • FastAPI

Good to Have

  • Genesys PureCloud API / SDK / Architect Flow knowledge or experience
  • Building REST‑based APIs

  • Candidates who have built only POCs or MVPs
  • No experience in production‑ready or solutions deployed to production
  • No hands‑on experience
  • Only theoretical knowledge of mandatory skills
  • Only ML‑based experience
