Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: Richfield, MN - Hybrid

Duration: Long term contract

Description

We are looking for a candidate with experience in building agentic frameworks using modern AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or Claude. The role involves designing and implementing intelligent, autonomous systems that can perform tasks, automate workflows, and enhance development productivity using these AI tools.

The ideal candidate should also have a strong background in Machine Learning and Data Analytics, with the ability to analyze data, build predictive models, and extract meaningful insights to support AI-driven applications and decision-making. Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with AI-enabled development environments will be highly valued.

Required Skills

  • Building agentic frameworks using either GITHUB COPILOT, CODEX or CLAUDE.
  • Having experience with Machine learning, data analytics
