Position Title: SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - AI STRATEGY & PLATFORM INTEGRATION Location: HOUSTON, TX FLSA Class: EXEMPT Reports To: SR DIRECTOR, BUSINESS ENGINEERING
Position Summary: We are seeking a high-talent leader to operate within a small group focused on delivering asymmetric value through rapid AI development. You will act as a force multiplier across VoltaGrid’s Foundry initiative, driving high-priority projects wherever they matter most.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional AI initiatives across operations, maintenance, and enterprise systems
- Build and deploy solutions such as operational dashboards, asset optimization tools, and predictive models
- Work directly with third-party engineers and internal teams to move from idea to production quickly
- Identify bottlenecks, remove blockers, and accelerate execution across teams
- Structure and solve ambiguous, high-impact problems
- Maintain visibility across all workstreams and ensure alignment
Other Requirements
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-structuring ability
- Track record of delivering results in complex, fast-moving environments
- Experience with data platforms, analytics, or AI-driven systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate with minimal guidance and high autonomy
Preferred Qualifications
- Former Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) or direct Foundry experience
- Background in engineering, data science, or technical product management
