Job description

Seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role blends traditional accounting responsibilities with financial analysis, supporting construction projects and real estate investments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial statement prep.

Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare and post journal entries
Assist with and execute month-end and year-end close processes
Analyze project costs, budgets, and variances for development projects
Support budgeting and forecasting processes for real estate assets

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
1-3 years' full-cycle accounting
Advanced knowledge of Excel

Compensation

$70-80k base salary
Performance-based bonus
