  • At least 2 years of game design experience on a video game development team.
  • Excellent creative, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed design documentation.
  • Progressive thinking with energy and motivation to overcome challenges with practical solutions.
  • Ability to champion a design and get the team excited about it.
  • Experience prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in proprietary development tools.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Design and implementation experience focusing on open-ended player creativity.
  • Effective working autonomously and within diverse group profiles.
  • Desired experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
