Temporary HR Analyst (Three-month Opportunity)

A highly regarded global law firm is seeking a Temporary HR Analyst to support key initiatives. This role will focus on managing data-driven requests, including client-facing submissions, internal reporting, and industry metrics. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working at the intersection of human resources, data, operations, and legal talent strategy. The ideal candidate is both analytical and collaborative, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate incoming data requests, including surveys, RFP responses, and other firmwide reporting needs.
• Develop structured plans and timelines to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
• Analyze and validate data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business context and objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information.
• Prepare and present reports and summaries to support leadership decision-making and ongoing initiatives.
• Track key metrics and industry comparisons, contributing to process improvements and performance evaluation efforts.
• Maintain and update internal systems and databases, ensuring information is current and well-organized.

• Legal Data Experienced. You have at least three years of direct experience supporting similar projects or research, preferrable within a legal setting.
• Observant. You are highly detailed and meticulous working across spreadsheets.
• Collaborative communicator. You are confident working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Insight-oriented. Skilled at interpreting data and drawing meaningful conclusions to support business decisions
