Job Title: IT Project Manager-Data & Digital Transformation Experience
Location : Reading, PA (Hybrid Onsite -3 Days Onsite Per week)
Duration : 12+ Months Contract

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute project plans adapted to the client environment and scope.
- Mentor clients, work on projects independently, participate as a team member, or lead teams of less experienced consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery.
- Work across multiple industries and within various verticals and build client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months)
- Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Execute the plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
- Proactively manage risk and influence others.
- Develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted.
- Identify potential risks and issues and anticipate points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise Project Management/Program Management experience supporting data related and/or digital transformation projects.
- 7+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to travel at least 25%
Preferred Skills
- 10+ years of enterprise Technical Program Management experience supporting data projects.
- Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- "Big 4" Management Consulting experience and/or multiple industry exposure.
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred
