• Compensation: $66,625 / year

What You’ll Do

• Lead FOH + retail + kitchen operations
• Ensure food safety + quality
• Manage cost controls + budgets
• Develop and support your team
• Run systems, scheduling, merchandising
• Solve problems, forecast, report

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years in retail or restaurant/food service leadership
• Computer + POS system proficiency
• Strong organizational and people skills
• Culinary background is a plus
• Able to interact across all levels (executives to hourly team)
