KPMG is in search of an Associate Director, Search Services Product Manager, to contribute to our Global Tech & Knowledge (GT&K) team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of strategic product roadmaps for enterprise search initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and provide impactful search solutions.
- Oversee governance, product management, and continuous improvement initiatives related to search products with minimal supervision.
- Facilitate search product upgrades, technical integrations, and ensure seamless connectivity with other KPMG digital platforms.
- Engage with the internal search community to promote best practices, enhance adoption, and foster ongoing improvement.
- Contribute actively to agile team efforts within the One Intranet group, maintaining clear ownership of the product backlog and ensuring timely delivery of search-related requirements.
- Uphold KPMG's values of integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to foster a respectful and courteous work atmosphere.
Qualifications
- At least seven years of recent experience in a sizable enterprise with a proven track record in leading and addressing business requirements in Product/Service design, delivery, and search services.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in the relevant field.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure and M365 services in a large enterprise environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with exceptional collaboration, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
- Applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
