Job title: Program Manager - Enterprise Services Technology Location: Charlotte, NC or Iselin, NJ Hybrid work- some on site work Contract Length: 18+ months Job ref# 245703 This is a strategic role within enterprise technology, leading critical cross-departmental initiatives. The Program Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to drive large-scale technology transformation efforts across the organization. This role requires a strong combination of program leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to operate effectively in complex financial services environments

Key Responsibilities Lead Transformation Spearhead large-scale, cross-departmental technology programs Ensure delivery on time and within budget Drive Strategy Develop comprehensive program plans Define scope and objectives aligned to business goals Communicate with Impact Act as primary liaison for program communications Translate technical details into clear insights for executive stakeholders Build & Inspire Teams Lead cross-functional teams Foster collaboration and execution excellence Innovate with AI Support integration of AI solutions within financial technology initiatives Identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation Required Qualifications 10+ years of program management experience with a focus on technology transformation within financial services Proven ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite Strong technical background with understanding of modern IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles Interest and/or experience with AI applications in financial technology Bachelor's degree required Preferred Qualifications Experience working with or for a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) MBA Relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP)
