The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of UX workflows, Figma-based design processes, and website delivery, and can effectively coordinate across distributed teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution. - Ensure seamless execution from design through development and release, without direct ownership of engineering delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, alignment, and status reporting across internal and client teams
- Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving requirements and drive clarity across teams
Required Experience & Skills

- Figma and design collaboration processes
- Website development fundamentals and CMS-driven environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in fast-paced environments
- Hands-on experience with backlog management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar) and agile delivery practices
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones (SF, Atlanta, LATAM)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Profile

- Experience operating in design-led or UX-heavy environments
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Ability to balance creative thinking with structured execution
- Experience working on high-visibility, cross-functional digital initiatives
