Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chemical Engineer based in Houston, TX. The Chemical Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining chemical processes, conducting experiments and quality control in laboratory settings, and analyzing data to drive improvements and ensure efficiency. Duties also include collaborating with cross-functional teams for project execution, supporting production, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and experience in handling chemical equipment
- Knowledge of the Chemical Industry and best practices
- Experience in Process Engineering, including designing, implementing, and improving chemical processes
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting technical information
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX
- Experience working in a safety-oriented environment is a plus
