- Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field, with a Professional Engineer (PE) license required (or ability to obtain one)
- 3+ years of experience in building technologies, with a strong knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber construction.
- Proven ability to lead projects, develop designs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Proficiency in standard engineering software.
- Experience in construction or stormwater management design is a plus.
- Leadership skills to supervise project teams and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules is desireable.
