Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing / Business Development Representative operating as an independent contractor under a 1099 arrangement. This role focuses on building relationships with physicians, healthcare facilities, and community organizations to promote Favour Home Healthcare services and generate patient referrals. As a key player in expanding our business footprint, you will leverage your sales expertise and communication skills to connect with potential clients, nurture leads, and develop new business opportunities. Your proactive approach and ability to navigate B2B sales environments will be essential in helping us achieve our growth objectives. This position offers flexible engagement with a focus on results-driven activities that energize your career in sales and marketing.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential business clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to foster initial engagement
- Engage in B2B sales efforts by presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs, emphasizing the value proposition of our services or products
- Negotiate terms with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update contact information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales approaches, improve outreach methods, and stay updated on product or service offerings
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales within a B2B environment
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling and warm calling techniques to generate leads and close deals
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales activities
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience in marketing or business development roles that required strategic outreach and client engagement
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical products/services is a plus but not mandatory
Compensation & Benefits
- $600 per week base compensation
- $100 per week for gasoline and mileage
- $500 monthly marketing allowance for physician lunches, health fairs, and community outreach events
- $500 referral bonus for each approved client (one-time bonus)
Terms
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
- Initial 3-month probation period applies.
Pay: $825.00 per week
