Businness Development/Sales Representative Location: Manassas, VA (Corporate Headquarters)
We are a growing CPA/Accounting firm dedicated to supporting small and mid-sized businesses, and we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales representataive to join our team. Our success comes from our proactive approach to business development, and we want someone who shares this same drive to grow with us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to make a significant impact and contribute to our continued expansion.
About the Role
As a Business/Sales Development Representative you will take the lead in developing and managing relationships with prospective clients, working to identify their needs and demonstrate the value of our services. You will play a crucial role in generating and converting leads into long-term clients. Cold calling and outreach activities to potential clients will be your responsibility. B2B Sales Experience Preferred and CRM software experience as well

- Proven success in business development, sales, or related fields (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience with B2B sales is preferred
- CRM platform experience is required
