Position Overview

The Junior Project Manager will support client accounts by managing service requests, coordinating vendors, and overseeing project execution through online platforms such as ServiceChannel and other web-based customer portals.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating with vendors and clients daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage work orders and service requests through ServiceChannel and similar platforms
  • Coordinate vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
  • Communicate with clients regarding project status and updates
  • Track budgets, invoices, and project timelines
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and customer requirements
  • Assist Senior Project Managers with larger multi-site initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within online systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Construction Management, or related field)
  • 1–3 years of project coordination, facilities management, or related experience
  • Experience using ServiceChannel or similar online service platforms is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work in-office in New Hyde Park, NY
