Job Description

The Senior Engineer in Execution Systems will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining MES solutions using Emerson DeltaV MES Syncade and Koerber MES PAS-X. This role requires a deep understanding of MES systems and their integration within manufacturing processes ensuring compliance with GDP and GMP standards. The position is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MES solutions using Emerson DeltaV MES Syncade and Koerber MES PAS-X to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MES systems with existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of MES systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability of MES solutions.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures and best practices for MES systems to ensure compliance with GDP and GMP standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of MES systems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and support end-users in the effective use of MES systems to enhance productivity and process accuracy.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in MES technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security within MES systems to protect sensitive manufacturing information.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to facilitate system upgrades and enhancements.
• Lead initiatives to optimize MES system performance and reduce operational costs.
• Provide insights and reports to management on MES system performance and improvement opportunities.
• Support the companys mission by ensuring MES systems contribute to sustainable and efficient manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Emerson DeltaV MES Syncade and Koerber MES PAS-X demonstrating a strong technical acumen.
• Have a solid understanding of MES Generic systems and their application in manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GDP and GMP standards ensuring compliance in all MES-related activities.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex MES system issues.
• Show proficiency in developing and documenting SOPs and best practices for MES systems.
• Display excellent communication skills to effectively train and support end-users.
