Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Denton, MD, for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative will also process orders, maintain customer accounts, coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer needs, and contribute to a positive customer experience while meeting team and individual performance goals.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE FENCE AND RAILING EXPRIENCE
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for addressing customer needs effectively
- Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer concerns professionally
- Experience in customer service or related roles, with a focus on delivering consistent customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
