We are currently seeking a Full-time Customer Solutions Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Filter and design solutions for new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and related departments to ensure proper and timely implementation of new business
Assist on New Product Launch
- Design operations process flow in collaboration with related departments
Project Leadership
- Lead project teams involving Sales & Marketing, IT, IE, and CS members to drive business growth projects
- Schedule project deliverables and key milestones
- Provide business and solution support for LATAM region
- Conduct P&L estimation
- Review projects at significant milestones to evaluate success against baseline estimates
- Document changes to the approved project plan, including impact on timelines, budget, and resources
- Lead project kick-off reviews
Requirements
- Experience managing customer solutions and implementation, especially in e-commerce and supply chain business
- Strong ability to manage internal resources and customer timelines
- Proven record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-functional customer requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of sales or operations experience in the logistics industry, with at least 2 years in managing customer solutions
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects
- Familiarity with LATAM e-commerce import business is a strong advantage
- Solid customer solution design and project management experience
- Excellent networking, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- High adaptability to organizational diversity and change
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred; Spanish is a plus
