Key Responsibilities

• Effectively prepare, distribute, and manage RFIs.
• Seamlessly distribute and track construction bulletins, RFPs, and change documentation.
• Efficiently manage the posting of addenda and modifications to plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, keeping all stakeholders informed on progress.
• Oversee closeout activities, including managing punch lists, change orders, contracts, permits, and owner-occupancy details.
• Conduct effective project meetings by preparing and sharing agendas and meeting notes.
• Proactively manage procurement logs and the submittal process.
• Thoroughly review drawings and samples.
• Organize and run impactful meetings.
• Prepare and manage contracts, permits, and necessary approvals.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience in 'ground-up' commercial projects, with at least 1 year in the restaurant sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of building systems and construction methods.
• Strong communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with team members, industry partners, and clients.
• Excellent financial management and mathematical skills, capable of managing all project aspects from start to finish.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective teamwork skills, along with the capability to work independently.
